This notice covers people who apply to join the Everbeam specialist network. General website enquiries are covered by the main privacy notice.

• Where you are based and where you can work
• Your specialist area and discipline
• Your capabilities, relevant experience and availability
• A portfolio or profile link, if you give one
• A CV or portfolio file, if you send one to us later in the conversation

We ask only for what we need to understand what you do and when you are available.

We use it to assess fit, to build a searchable picture of the delivery capability available to us, and to contact you about relevant paid client assignments. It is not a public profile and it is not a marketplace listing.

Your CV, portfolio files and personal contact details are never published on this website and are not shared publicly. Where we need to discuss your profile with a client in the course of a specific assignment, we agree that with you first.

We keep specialist information for as long as you are part of the network or remain relevant to future assignments, and we remove it when you ask us to.

You can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you, and you can ask us to stop contacting you about assignments at any time.
