How Everbeam handles the personal information people share with us — through this website, through an enquiry, and in the conversations that follow.
Who we are
Everbeam is a business design studio based in Denmark, working internationally. We are the controller of the personal information described in this notice.
What we collect
When you send us an enquiry we collect the information you choose to give us:
- Your name and the company you represent
- Your email address, and your phone number if you give one
- What you would like to talk about, and the message you write
- Which page of the site your enquiry came from
Specialists who apply to join our network share additional information. That is covered separately in the specialist privacy notice.
Why we use it
We use enquiry information to respond to you, to understand the challenge you are describing, and to manage the conversation that follows. We do not use it for newsletters or marketing automation, and we do not sell it.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry records for as long as the conversation is relevant to our working relationship, and then delete them.
Who can see it
Enquiries are visible only to the people at Everbeam handling them. Information is stored in the systems we use to run the studio — our hosting, database and email providers.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you have rights to access, correct, delete and restrict the use of your personal information, and to object to certain processing. You can also complain to your national data protection authority.
If you have a question about your information, or you want us to delete an enquiry, tell us and we will handle it.
