You focus on relationships. We handle the rest
A Growth Partner relationship is ongoing business development, not simply an introduction. You develop selected client relationships over time — we frame the challenges, build the teams and deliver the work.
The division of work
Two roles. One relationship with the client.
What a Growth Partner does
- Develops selected client relationships
- Identifies and creates relevant opportunities
- Helps grow accounts over time
- Works with Everbeam while Everbeam leads the delivery
What Everbeam does
- Owns the delivery
- Manages the projects
- Assembles and coordinates the specialist teams
- Owns the delivery and commercial architecture
You focus on relationships. We handle the rest
You stay where you are strongest — with the people and the industries you know. We take responsibility for everything that has to happen after the opportunity is real.
Shared success
Recurring commercial participation.
A Growth Partner takes part in the value created on relevant business from their accounts — for as long as that business continues. It is a shared-success relationship rather than a one-off reward.
The specific terms of any partner relationship are agreed directly and set out in the partner agreement.

Relationships you have built. Work we can deliver.
If you know the organisations and the people, and you want the work to actually land, let’s talk about a Growth Partner relationship.
